Something slick.
Irresistible.
Clever.
I’m sick of it.
All of it.
I’m sick of being a “marketer”.
I’m sick of trying to trick people into doing what’s in their own best interest.
I’m sick of selling.
So, fuck a sales letter: I’m going acapella.
Fact: The world is changing in ways we can’t even begin to understand.
Fact: AI and Robotics are the largest paradigm shift our species has ever contended with.
Fact: The biggest labor collapse in human history has already started.
Fact:This is the largest opportunity for wealth creation ever
Ever.
EVER.
“AI is one of the most profound things we're working on as humanity. It's more profound than fire or electricity.” - Sundar Pichai, CEO | Google
I don’t think we can even begin to grasp what’s coming.
If you thought the internet was a big deal, just wait.
Giants will fall.
Category Kings will be wiped out.
The ones who rise in their place will own the New World.
A few.
A very few.
And that’s the real tragedy.
Like everything else, opportunity is being commoditized.
It’s already happening.
Look around.
A close friend of mine had a six-figure job for 15 years.
Laid off.
A year and dozens of interviews later, the best offer he got? Half his old salary.
(He took it.)
“Someone I know” built and sold the top agency in its space.
Two years later? Gone.
Blue-chip clients: Canceled or bankrupt.
Staff: Laid off or quit.
Businesses I thought were bulletproof?
…Dropping like flies.
Entrepreneurs I thought were untouchable?
…Quietly going broke.
Friends, colleagues, and even people I barely know are reaching out for loans or (my personal favorite) “investments.”
It’s a bloodbath.
And I know you see it too.
My side.
I’m minting money.
I literally cannot keep up with the opportunities.
I’m overwhelmed, drowning in deals, grabbing with both hands because it’s all too good to pass up.
And I’m not the only one.
A handful of us are making an absolute killing.
Not the info bros. Not the course peddlers.
Fuck them.
Die, snake oil salesman, die.
The ones who are actually profiting right now?
The real entrepreneurs.
The ones building real businesses and solving real problems.
We’ve cracked the code on something the rest of the world still hasn’t figured out.
(More on that very soon.)
In just the last year, I have:
Produced over a quarter million dollars in profits and equity in the self storage space.
Generated a 5% conversion on a marketing campaign to buy septic companies.
Launched a staffing agency that hit 7-figures in less than 6 months with ZERO investment or paid marketing.
Started a tech enablement company that’s approaching a million dollars in profit share (NET to me and my partners).
Created the very first AEO agency and community (R.I.P. SEO) meant to help people optimize for LLMs and answer engines.
Developed a tokenization software for real estate syndications that was just approved for Alpha testing in Hong Kong.
I could keep going…
But here’s the real kicker:
With one exception, none of these plays took more than a few grand to start.
And I’m barely scratching the surface.
The entire business world feels ripe for the taking.
And it’s mine to take… almost.
I have money.
I have resources.
I have connections.
I have elite talent (I own a staffing agency, remember?).
The only bottleneck? Me.
I’m tapped out.
I can only do so much, even as a master of delegation.
Some things can’t be delegated.
I need people who can do what only entrepreneurs do:
Dream. Build. Own. Drive. Execute.
If I could hire people to seize opportunities, I would.
Trust me, I’ve tried.
But employees will always be employees (Thank goodness).
Which brings me to…
You.
I need veteran entrepreneurs, like you.
Do you feel that?
That’s the feeling of a perfectly tee’d up segue…
I want $5k and 5%.
$5,000:
This is an annual membership fee to join my community.
I have a decamillion dollar net worth.
I don’t need your money.
$5k scares off the jokers, let’s me know you’re serious, and protects the quality of the room.
5%:
5% is my cut.
I get 5% of anything you build as a result of being in my community.
5% of the profits. 5% of an exit.
In short: You’re joining an incubator. A hand-selected group of entrepreneurs coming together to build businesses, find & seize opportunities, and stake a claim on the future.
The offer has three components.
Component #1: Me.
The group gets 90 minutes a week with me virtually.
Live, raw, and (very) unfiltered.
I’ll show you exactly what I see.
Everything I know.
Everything I’m learning.
Every opportunity that comes my way.
The wins. The losses. The plays I’m running in real-time.
I’ll pull back the curtain on everything I legally can (NDAs exist, unfortunately).
That means full “Watch Me Build” privileges, including:
My personal finances: The real numbers behind growth, income, investments, and losses.
My businesses: Live builds, in-depth breakdowns, wins, and failures in real time.
My content strategy: Why I do what I do, how I do it, and what’s working now.
My predictions: deep dives into what I think is coming and what we can and should do about it.
Opportunities: I’ll share every viable opportunity that comes my way.
And, I’ll teach you how I do it.
How I:
Build businesses
Structure entities
Find and involve strategic partners
Create systems
Build teams
Delegate
Market
…and anything else you can think to ask me.
I may even guilt-trip a few of my nerd-famous buddies into stopping by to drop some wisdom.
Component #2: You
Transparency is a two-way street.
That’s not optional, it’s the price of entry.
You’re not in the bleachers. You’re in the game.
You’re not an audience member. You’re on the team.
You’re not a student. You’re a co-professor.
As you build and grow, you share.
When you spot an opportunity, you share.
When you crack the code on something, you share.
When you fall flat on your face in a miserable, soul-crushing puddle of shame, you definitely share.
And when you start making money, making waves, and making an impact, you better believe you share.
Because you are just as much the product as you are the customer.
What you learn gets fed back into the group.
Which means…
Everything they learn gets fed back into you.
Oh wow, another seamless segue? Man, I’m good at this.
Component #3: Us
I’m putting you in a room full of other Yous.
Between weekly meetings, we’ll have a private message thread where the real magic happens.
Ideas, insights, and deals won’t wait for a calendar invite.
Imagine a whole community of people just like us…
Talented. Driven. Relentless.
A little scared, but more than ready to make a move.
You know what makes a lot of sense?
Pulling those people together.
To collaborate.
To partner.
To win.
I’ll even work toward matching members into smaller “accelerators” to seize opportunities based on interest, skills, and resources.
Because let’s be real: Most of us won’t conquer much alone.
But together?
The possibilities are endless.
(Queue the Disney music.)
If you don’t act now…
Nothing will happen.
That should be enough to scare you all by itself without me making up some bullshit fake deadline.
I’ll be accepting new members as I see fit, likely forever.
Will the price and percentage go up? Yes. But only when success justifies it.
So honestly? Waiting might not be the worst idea.
Do NOT join if…
You can’t make at least 25% of the live calls.
The meetings will be live on zoom every Friday in the late morning (PST). No one expects you to be on every call, but if you can’t make at least one a month, don’t join. We need members who are present and engaged.
Yes, calls will be recorded, summarized, and made available within a few days for the meetings you miss.
You need or expect 1-on-1 coaching or mentorship.
This is a community of equals, not a top-down coaching program. You’re here to learn from everyone, not just me.
You need or expect an accountability group.
No one is going to hold your hand. No one is going to do it for you. No one is coming to save you. If any of that scares you, upsets you, or turns you off, go get a job; entrepreneurship ain’t your bag.
You want or expect a “curriculum”.
Our calls will be much closer to war room brainstorming than anything else. There will be no fancy prepared checklists, templates, and/or things drawn out in crayon.
$5k is a big swing.
If the $5,000 annual fee isn’t an easy decision, you’re not in the right place to be able to take advantage of a group like this. This won’t be the last money you spend. It takes money to make money. While we aim at low investment opportunities, low doesn’t mean nothing.
You want passive income or the 4-hour work week.
Everything I have to offer will look like, smell like, taste like, and feel like work. Because it is. Because that’s what money requires: Work. Do not join if you aren’t willing to do the work.
There’s an internet full of gurus willing to sell you on much more comforting stories if that’s what you want to buy.
Just to reiterate:
I guarantee:
You will work hard.
You will fail more often than you succeed. (I have always believed failure is the price of admission when it comes to entrepreneurship.)
No one knows what’s coming or what to do about it, myself included.
If you’re looking for certainty and safety, you’re not going to like what the future holds, and you’re definitely not a fit for this community.
If you want bonuses, go to Chuck E. Cheese.
This is it.
We meet weekly (every Friday).
Calls will be recorded and those recordings will be made available to the group privately.
We’ll have a group message thread (NOT slack).
I’ll do my best to put folks together to build things when and where it makes sense.
But most of the value will come from you.
I’m not here to hold hands.
I’m not a “coach”.
This is for self-starters who want to build epic shit with other self-starters.
Application & Selection Process
The application is long, just giving you a heads up.
And, you won’t be able to submit without also paying a $500 application fee.
I personally review every application and select members based on who I believe will bring the most value to the community.
If I don’t know you personally, I may request a quick interview before making a final decision.
If your application isn’t accepted, it’s nothing personal, it simply means I don’t think this is the right fit at this time.
If I don’t accept your application, you’ll will be refunded immediately.
I have questions! Can we meet? Is there a sales call?
No. If you need convincing, this isn’t for you.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Nope. If $5K isn’t an easy swing, then (no offense) you’re batting out of your league.
Who is this for?
Entrepreneurs who see the writing on the wall and want to stay ahead of the curve. If you’re driven, adaptable, and willing to contribute, you’ll fit right in. If you need hand-holding or permission to take action, this isn’t for you.
Can I get a refund if it’s not for me?
No. The only refund policy is if your application is denied. If you’re unsure, don’t apply.
What happens if I don’t participate?
You’ll get nothing out of it. The best value comes from engagement and contribution.
Why would you give up all of the secret sauce like this?
Two reasons. I think the first is obvious: This allows me to seize even more of the available opportunity, de-risk, diversify, and leverage my time while still owning a piece of everything that’s being created.
The second reason is something you’ll learn more about if you are accepted into the group. There’s a much grander vision at play here that has to do with what I believe is my life’s purpose.
Why are you charging so little?
If $5k and 5% sounds like a sweetheart of a deal, that’s because it is.
I’m in incubator mode. (Incidentally, this is how I build everything. You’ll learn a lot more about that if you join).
When I launch this in earnest, I plan on pricing it at $20k and 20% and then working towards $50k and 50%.
I know it’s worth that, especially given what I’m bringing to the table.
However, before I can command anything close to that, I need to prove I can deliver.
I need case studies, I need testimonials, I need proof of concept.
I need you.
So, if you’re willing to be my Guinea pig, I’m willing to let you have this for what I anticipate you’ll agree is as close to nothing as is humanly possible.
Who are you and what qualifies you to run a group like this?
I’ve built 6 (and counting) million and multi-million dollar businesses. I’ve had two exits (one for 8-figures). I have generated a decamillion dollar personal net worth.
And, honestly, I’m still probably not “qualified.” How could I be? How could anyone be? No one has faced what’s coming. We’re all equally new to this. But I do have frameworks that are proving to be functional in real time. For as long as that’s true, I may be worth listening to.
Bang.
