3X Freedom isn’t really a business (yet). Honestly, it’s more of a dream. I’ll explain…

I spent the last decade of my life building one of the best ad agencies in the world, something I’m infinitely proud of. In October of 2022, I was approached by a software company that was acquiring agencies and, the next thing I knew, I’d sold my business. I’ve been trying to figure out what’s next ever since.

3x Freedom is my holding company. It stands for the three dimensions of freedom: Time freedom, location freedom, and financial freedom. I have been blessed with 3x Freedom, and what a blessing it is. I can do what I want, when I want, from where I want. 

My new goal in life is to help as many people as I possibly can achieve 3x Freedom, especially people in emerging nations. I was born in a country with no shortage of opportunities. I feel it’s my responsibility to help make those opportunities available to people who weren’t quite as lucky as me.

I’ll spend the rest of my life building businesses focused on this goal. What I really need is a team of epic and dedicated people with a burning desire to help me accomplish this. Is that you?

Why You Should NOT Work Here:

We’re messy. Right now, 3x Freedom is composed of two people: Me and Sergio (my epic Executive Assistant). I need folks who don’t mind working with a small team, getting their hands dirty, and doing the grunt work. We’re experimenting with things and there’s no guidebook or template. We’re literally figuring things out as we go. 

I’m not a manager. In fact, I like to hire people who don’t really need to be “managed”. There’s no big infrastructure, no performance reviews, no clocking in or out, etc. You have to be self-driven and self-motivated. That doesn’t mean you won’t get help, we’re a team and we act like it! However, you need to be more than capable of doing your own research and solving your own problems before you bring it to the group.

The work is hard. Changing the world is hard work and that’s what we’re after. Don’t expect easy days of simple tasks. You’ll be challenged constantly. If that doesn’t excite you, this isn’t the right environment for you. That doesn’t mean I want anyone working themselves to death (that would go against the entire spirit of 3x Freedom). I just want to work with people who work smart and hard during “normal business hours”. 

What we’re looking for :

I need a Creative Designer! This is a remote (work-from-home) position.

As a Creative Designer, you will play a vital role in making sure our business stays relevant! Your responsibilities will include creating content for Social Networks, editing videos (short and long format), and helping us grow a community organically. We will be working on multiple projects at the same time, so it is important you can prioritize tasks. I encourage and expect you to bring to the table new ideas or processes we could implement to operate better. 

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of what the algorithms for each social media platform demand, video editing skills, and an artistic eye to develop content based on our brands. You should also be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment are also essential.

Salary & growth opportunities :

Creative Designer starts at $1000 per month for full-time work. Full Time is approximately 40 hours a week. You’ll work in sync with CEOs and managers. You’ll be assigned tasks slowly as we begin to build your confidence. You’ll be graded on your accuracy and proactiveness

Growth opportunities: Strong opportunity for growth as our business expands! I plan on actively promoting from within based on performance. My first EA became my old company’s CTO. My next EA became the Director of Automation. 

The ideal candidate :

Communication Skills: Assertive when asking for information and clarification on charges. Strong written and spoken English. 

Proactive: Willing to bring more to the table than what was asked. Offer new ideas and ways of doing things.

Strategist: Your job is to know our audience and help us adjust our message so it is appealing to them.Problem-solving: The cardinal sin at our company is asking someone a question you could have solved yourself. We need people who are willing to “figure it out” and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we are. But only when you encounter a problem that you truly can’t solve. You’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.

Make sure you’re comfortable with:

Remote working. This is a remote (work-from-home) position. You need a quiet work environment with reliable power and internet (we understand that this can be difficult in certain regions). All job offers start with a 60-day trial to make sure that we’re the right fit for each other.We are brand new as an organization so not all processes are robust. We need your input on how to make things work and build best practices. U.S. regulatory system. All companies are based in the U.S. therefore the reports need to comply with our regulations. If you don’t know them, you need to be willing to learn them.

If we make a mistake, we’re the first to bring it up and we own it. If we don’t know the answer to something, we admit it readily (and then work to figure it out!) If we disagree, we say so. We don’t try to get out of work, we lean into it. Heart: It’s not enough to simply do. You also have to care. You have to care about your clients, your teammates, and yourself. You have to work like it matters, like what you’re doing means something. You need to know that you’re making an impact and understand that there are people relying on you to do what’s best for them. In some cases, these people wouldn’t know the difference which makes it even more important. We have been offered a sacred trust in helping people grow their business and so we treat their businesses as our own.
